Job Responsibilities:
Order Coordination: Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and
accurate delivery of customized boxes to clients.
Vendor Management: Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure proper scheduling
and execution of deliveries. Address any issues that may arise during the process to ensure
smooth operations.
Delivery Partner Coordination: Collaborate with delivery partners to confirm delivery schedules,
resolve any delays or issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients regarding their orders, addressing
inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to delivery.
Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor the status of all ongoing orders, track shipments, and ensure
the timely arrival of goods at the destination.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any logistical issues, delays, or complications
that may occur to ensure minimal disruption to deliveries.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery schedules, and vendor
interactions. Ensure all paperwork related to logistics and shipments is complete and up to date.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess logistics processes and suggest improvements for
increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team (sales, customer service, and warehouse) to
ensure smooth operations from order processing to delivery.
