Logistics Supervisor

• Shipping and receiving: Coordinate the scheduling and routing of shipments, and manage the receiving and unloading of incoming goods.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Issue resolution: Promptly resolve logistical issues and delays, and investigate discrepancies.
• Reporting and analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communication: Maintain communication with carriers, suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
