Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.

Manage and logistics warehouse staff, delivery boy , and logistics coordinators.

Monitor and optimize transportation and distribution strategies.

Ensure accuracy of shipment and inventory transactions.

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with laws and company regulations.

Use software systems to track shipments, inventory, and logistics performance.

Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.

Report on daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performances

Qualifications

Graduation

Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain supervision.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS,

transactions.

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with laws and company regulations.

Use software systems to track shipments, inventory, and logistics performance.

Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.

Report on daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performances

Qualifications:

Graduation

Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain supervision.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP).

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
