Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor with strong knowledge of Part Load (PTL) and Full Load (FTL) transportation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in shipment planning, vehicle placement, transporter coordination, freight negotiation, and timely delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation operations for Part Load and Full Load shipments.

• Arrange suitable vehicles according to shipment volume, weight, and delivery requirements.

• Coordinate with transporters, truck owners, and logistics service providers.

• Negotiate freight rates and ensure cost-effective transportation.

• Track shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery.

• Prepare LR (Lorry Receipt), consignment notes, e-way bills, and other transport documents.

• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, sales, and customer service teams.

• Maintain shipment records, freight bills, and transportation reports.

• Handle delays, vehicle shortages, transit issues, and delivery complaints.

• Monitor transportation costs and ensure efficient vehicle utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics or transportation.

• Strong knowledge of Part Load (PTL) and Full Load (FTL) operations.

• Good understanding of transporter networks, freight rates, and vehicle availability.

• Knowledge of LR, e-way bills, POD, and other logistics documentation.

• Good coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate: A practical logistics professional capable of independently managing daily dispatches, transporter coordination, and transportation operations.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
