Logistics Supervisor

About the Role:

Delhivery Limited is looking for a motivated and organized Team Leader – Last Mile Operations to oversee and manage the final stage of our delivery process across Kozhikode and Malappuram. In this role, you will ensure timely deliveries, manage field staff, handle route planning, and maintain delivery accuracy while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily last mile deliveries, ensuring orders reach customers on time.

• Assign delivery routes and monitor Delivery Associates' performance.

• Ensure accurate scanning, sorting, and dispatch of packages from the hub.

• Monitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve field issues proactively.

• Maintain daily records of deliveries, returns, and exceptions.

• Train and guide delivery staff on customer handling, safety, and compliance.

• Ensure all packages are delivered with proper proof of delivery (POD).

• Coordinate with the warehouse and hub teams for smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: !0th Pass

• Experience Range: Minimum 1 Year Experience in LastMile Operations ( Freshers also can apply )

• Prior experience in e-commerce logistics or last mile delivery is a plus.

• Strong team management, planning, and communication skills.

• Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer systems.

• Good local area knowledge of Kozhikode and Malappuram is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage field challenges.
