Experience in handling client coordination and issue resolution.
Should be able to monitor productivity, TAT, and ensure SLA compliance.
Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsible for manpower hiring, onboarding, and team handling.
Ensure smooth daily operations and take ownership of overall site activities.
