Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee last mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Manage route mapping and optimize delivery schedules for efficiency.

• Handle rider recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.

• Supervise daily logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth operational flow.

• Monitor delivery KPIs and prepare operational reports.

• Resolve escalations, delays, and operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, last mile operations, or fleet management.

• Strong knowledge of route planning and optimization tools.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Excel / logistics software preferred.
