💼 Position: Phlebotomist Supervisor
📍 Location: Jaipur
🕐 Shift: Day Shift Only
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + PF/ESIC

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of phlebotomists in Jaipur.

• Ensure accurate and hygienic collection, labeling, storage, and transportation of blood samples.

• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Provide training and onboarding for new phlebotomists.

• Address escalations from patients or field staff.

• Maintain quality and regulatory standards.

• Manage documentation, reporting, and communication with the central team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Medical Lab Technology or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in phlebotomy; team lead/supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of sample collection protocols and infection control practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer operations (Excel, emails, MIS, etc.).
