- Manage day-to-day logistics and field operations

- Supervise and coordinate with riders/executives

- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of samples/material

- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of field staff

- Handle route planning and optimize operational efficiency

- Resolve on-ground issues and coordinate with internal teams

- Maintain records and prepare daily/weekly reports

- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
