Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy
Operations Coordination
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Resolve day-to-day logistics and operational issues.
Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners.
Documentation & Compliance
Handle all documentation related to shipments (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, e-way bills, etc.).
Ensure compliance with customs, GST, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and reports
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs like delivery performance, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports.
Suggest and implement process improvements.
