Job Description – Logistics Operations Executive

Position: Logistics Operations Executive
Department: Supply Chain / Logistics
Location: Faridabad
Reports to: Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Transportation Management

• Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.

• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners.

• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

• Optimize routes and reduce logistics costs.

2. Warehousing & Inventory

• Monitor warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).

• Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy

  Operations Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

• Resolve day-to-day logistics and operational issues.

• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Handle all documentation related to shipments (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, e-way bills, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with customs, GST, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and reports

  Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track KPIs like delivery performance, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports.

• Suggest and implement process improvements.
