Core Operations

 Vehicle placement based on client requirements

 Coordinating with multiple suppliers and drivers

 Comparing rates and selecting suppliers responsibly

 Handling delays, escalations, and exceptions calmly

 Ensuring vehicle and driver details are collected and verified Coordination & Control  Guiding the Operations Assistant on execution

 Maintaining operational discipline and clarity

 Ensuring updates are passed correctly to the client support team Systems & Tools

 Regular use of: o Mobile phone (calls, WhatsApp, coordination) o Computer systems (Google Forms, internal tools, basic Excel)

 Updating operational data accurately and on time
