Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Meta & Logistics Operations Specialist to join our courier company. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers via WhatsApp, Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), and phone calls, while also supporting daily logistics operations including pickups, deliveries, and overall supply chain coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of courier and logistics workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, phone calls, emails, and chat support, providing accurate information on courier bookings, parcel status, delivery timelines, rates, and documentation

• Record, update, and maintain customer interactions and logistics data in CRM or tracking systems.

• Assist customers with booking pickups and guide them through service procedures.

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including pickups, deliveries, routing, and coordination with drivers, courier partners, and warehouse staff.

• Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Escalate complex customer or operational issues to the appropriate internal departments.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Meet operational KPIs and maintain service quality standards.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). IATA Certification (Diploma or Certificate) is required.

• Experience: 1+ year in customer service and logistics operations, preferably with international clients.

• Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email, and phone systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Sound understanding of courier and supply chain operations, tracking systems, and logistics workflows.

• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized under pressure.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining smooth operations.

• Good typing speed and familiarity with digital messaging etiquette.
  

• Languages Required:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience handling UK-based or international clients.

• Knowledge of logistics metrics, KPIs, and operational best practices.

Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor when handling customer queries and operational issues.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
