Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management:

  Develop and implement logistics strategies, monitor incoming/outgoing shipments, and optimize processes. 

• Transportation:

  Coordinate carriers, negotiate rates, plan routes, track shipments, and manage travel logistics. 

• Procurement:

  Prepare purchase requests, process orders, manage supplier relationships, and handle related documentation. 

• Reporting & Compliance:

  Prepare performance reports, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to regulations. 

• Problem Solving:

  Address issues like lost shipments, damaged goods, or delivery errors. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with logistics software, databases, and MS Office.

• Analytical ability to optimize processes and reduce costs.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
