Logistics Supervisor

Position: Logistics Supervisor
Location: Kherki Daula, Gurgaon

Salary Range: 18k – 25k (per month)

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Requirement: SAP & ERP knowledge is mandatory

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of all materials.

Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the inventory team for reconciliation.

Order Dispatch Management

Supervise packing and dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery.

Verify orders before dispatch to avoid discrepancies.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth shipment flow.

Inward Material Handling

Oversee material receipt and verification as per purchase orders.

Ensure proper documentation of inwards and update stock records accordingly.

5S Implementation & Maintenance

Maintain workplace discipline and cleanliness as per 5S standards.

Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly arranged and labeled.

Conduct routine checks to sustain 5S practices on the shop floor.

Team Supervision

Supervise floor staff and assign daily work.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and process standards.

Report daily floor activities and issues to the warehouse/operations manager.

Key Skills Required

•Knowledge of inventory & warehouse operations.

•Familiarity with dispatch and inward procedures.

•Ability to maintain 5S standards and ensure workplace discipline.

•Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
