Site Lead 1. End-to-End Logistics Operations Lead domestic transportation operations including milk runs, FTL/PTL/LTL movements, and multimodal logistics aligned with production schedules Ensure JIT/JIS adherence and seamless line feeding through close coordination with plant logistics Oversee cross-dock, consolidation hubs, and warehouse flows for optimal utilization and efficiency Drive exception management, TAT adherence, POD compliance, and damage control through RCA and corrective actions Manage EXIM operations end-to-end — customs clearance, documentation, freight coordination, and inland delivery Optimize mode mix (air/ocean/LCL) balancing cost vs urgency. 2. Stakeholder & Governance Management Act as the primary interface between client SCM, plant leadership, procurement, and finance Govern LSP/3PL ecosystem through structured performance reviews (daily/weekly/monthly/QBRs) Build executive-level relationships and position 4PL as a strategic partner 3. Operational Excellence & Transformation Drive continuous improvement roadmap (Kaizen) Lead network optimization initiatives (lane redesign, hub rationalization, carrier strategy) Champion digital transformation via TMS, WMS, visibility tools, and automation Implement SOPs, audit frameworks, and control towers for governance Drive cost reduction, service improvement, and resilience strategies 4. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and develop a cross-functional team across operations, EXIM, and analytics Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, data, and accountability Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building Ensure strong safety culture and HSSE compliance Coach teams on client handling, analytics, and decision-making 5.
