Role Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive professional to manage end-to-end e-commerce and logistics operations—from order processing to last-mile delivery—across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our website.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage online orders, returns, listings, and inventory

Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries

Ensure warehouse-stock alignment and efficient dispatch

Track KPIs and improve process efficiency

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/Supply Chain/Commerce

2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce & logistics

Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

Strong coordination and Excel/reporting skills
