Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Logistics Executive / Manager to manage end-to-end online operations and logistics for our wellness product verticals. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning from order receipt to last-mile delivery, driving customer satisfaction and business growth through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations:

Manage and monitor order processing, dispatches, and returns across platforms like Amazon, Flip kart, and our website.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in product listings, stock availability, and pricing.

Maintain service quality and TAT (turnaround time) benchmarks for customer orders and issue resolution.

Track and report sales trends, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment bottlenecks.

Logistics Management:

Liaise with courier partners and 3PL services for seamless pickup and delivery operations.

Monitor and track all shipments to ensure on-time delivery; proactively resolve any logistics issues.

Develop efficient packaging and dispatch workflows to minimize costs and errors.

Ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of shipping, returns, and inventory damage.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:

Regularly audit and reconcile stock levels between warehouse and online platforms.

Support the warehouse team in packaging and dispatch planning based on order volume.

Implement stock movement processes that align with sales and forecast data.

Performance Reporting & Optimization:

Analyze KPIs such as delivery time, return rate, and inventory turnover.

Optimize processes based on performance data and market trends.

Maintain compliance with e-commerce policies and logistics SLAs.

Recommend tools and Automation to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and logistics operations.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

Familiarity with logistics tracking platforms and order management tools.

Proficiency in Excel and basic analytics/reporting.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Salary: 28000-32000/-
