Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our entire supply chain logistics. You will be responsible for the efficient coordination of goods, inventory control, warehouse operations, and timely delivery to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily logistics operations including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and inventory management.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize the logistics process.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth flow of materials.

• Maintain updated records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.

• Monitor logistics KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate logistics team performance to ensure high productivity and service standards.

• Negotiate with transport agencies for cost-effective and reliable shipping options.

• Manage returns, reverse logistics, and damaged goods in coordination with customer service.

• Oversee proper packaging, documentation, and timely dispatch of goods.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
