Logistics Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Aggregator Operations Executive to manage day-to-day shipment operations through logistics aggregator platforms. The role involves shipment processing, courier coordination, tracking, exception management, COD reconciliation, customer support, and ensuring timely delivery and resolution of logistics issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipment bookings, manifests, pickups, and dispatches through logistics aggregator portals.

• Coordinate with multiple courier partners for smooth pickup and delivery operations.

• Monitor shipment movement from pickup to final delivery.

• Track and resolve NDR, RTO, delayed, lost, damaged, and undelivered shipments.

• Coordinate with courier companies for shipment-related issues and escalations.

• Generate and maintain daily shipment, delivery, RTO, and performance reports.

• Monitor COD remittances and coordinate for timely reconciliation and payment.

• Handle customer/client queries related to shipment status, delivery delays, and returns.

• Ensure accurate uploading of shipment information, invoices, AWB numbers, and other required details.

• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, customer support, and accounts teams.

• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve delivery performance.

• Maintain proper records of claims, disputes, shortages, damages, and courier escalations.

• Monitor courier performance, delivery timelines, and service-level commitments.

• Prepare MIS reports and provide operational updates to management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of logistics and courier operations.

• Experience with logistics aggregator platforms and courier portals.

• Strong knowledge of shipment tracking, NDR, RTO, COD, and reconciliation processes.

• Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage operational pressure.

Preferred Experience

Experience with logistics aggregators and courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, XpressBees or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline, preferably with experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or operations.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
