We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Logistic Manager to oversee and manage the logistics operations within our Solar Sales Department.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor the end-to-end logistics process for solar products (panels, batteries, inverters, etc.).

• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material dispatch and delivery.

• Manage and optimize transportation routes, vehicle utilization, and logistics costs.

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.

• Ensure accurate documentation for dispatch, billing, and stock records.

• Track shipment status and resolve any delivery or logistics-related issues.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Maintain relationships with transporters, vendors, and channel partners.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the solar or electrical products industry.

• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, dispatch planning, and inventory management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
