Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Operations

Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules.
Allocate vehicles and drivers based on delivery requirements.
Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time.
Monitor dispatch progress and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with warehouses, hubs, and clients for smooth operations.
Last Mile Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery as per customer SLA.
- Optimize delivery routes to reduce transit time and operating costs.
- Monitor delivery status through GPS and tracking systems.
- Handle delivery exceptions and customer escalations.
- Improve delivery success rate and reduce failed deliveries.
  Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports.
- Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Fleet Utilization, Vehicle Idle Time, Trip Completion, Fuel Efficiency, and Cost per Delivery.
- Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
  Mandatory Candidate Requirement
  Candidates must have prior experience in Last Mile Delivery Operations.
  - Experience in managing dispatch, fleet operations, route planning, and delivery teams is mandatory.
  - Candidates should have worked with logistics, e-commerce, courier, express, or transportation companies handling last-mile deliveries.
