Job Description

Pleas find the below JD for resource required for logistics coordination. Experience 3 to 5 years Budget - Negotiable Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of trucks for timely delivery and receipt of goods (outward and inward material).Maintain regular follow-ups with transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure trucks are dispatched as per schedule.Monitor live tracking systems for all active shipments, promptly addressing delays or route deviations.Update stakeholders (internal teams and clients) regarding the real-time status of dispatched trucks and expected delivery/arrival times.Maintain records of incoming and outgoing material, preparing relevant documentation for each dispatch/inward transaction.Resolve on-road or dispatch-related issues by acting as the key contact for drivers and transport service providers.Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to sync dispatch schedules and avoid bottlenecks.Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and company guidelines during dispatch and receipt operations.Skills & Requirements:Experience in logistics coordination, truck dispatching, or transportation management preferred.Familiarity with GPS/live vehicle tracking systems and transport management software.Proficiency in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving.Ability to handle real-time issues and coordinate with transport partners and internal teams effectively.Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.Reporting: Reports to fulfilment
