Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of orders.

• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.

• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, customers, and logistics teams.

• Verify products, quantities, packaging, and documents before dispatch.

• Track deliveries and maintain accurate dispatch records.

• Handle delivery delays, shortages, damages, and related issues.

• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and safe handling of materials.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth dispatch operations.

Requirements

Candidate must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence•.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and dispatch documentation.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks.
