Oversee and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of 45 office buildings.
Coordinate with and supervise third-party service providers and agencies:
Housekeeping and janitorial services
Security personnel and surveillance teams
HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance contractors
Pest control, waste management, and other essential services
Conduct regular inspections of all premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Handle preventive and emergency maintenance issues.
Monitor and maintain facility budgets and cost-effective service operations.
Manage office utilities, consumables, and building supplies.
Handle complaints or service requests from internal office staff and resolve them promptly.
Maintain documentation of contracts, service reports, checklists, and issue logs.
Coordinate with local authorities, vendors, and internal departments as required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations (fire safety, elevators, etc.).
Schedule and oversee regular facility audits and AMC services.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in facility management or building supervision.
Strong coordination skills with service agencies and third-party vendors.
Good knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost management.
Familiarity with compliance and safety standards.
Working knowledge of MS Office or facility management software (preferred).
Ability to travel between sites (if not centralized).
Diploma/Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Prior experience managing commercial office properties or coworking spaces.
