Job Responsibilities: • Call customers for NDR (Non-Delivery Report) shipments on priority. • Call customers to inform customers about out for delivery shipments. • Identify delivery issues like address problems, customer not available, payment issues, refusal, reschedule requests, etc. • Coordinate with delivery partners/riders to re-attempt deliveries. • Update correct and detailed remarks in the system/google sheet after every call. • Ensure maximum conversion of NDR to delivered shipments. • Follow up with customers for delivery confirmation. • Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the supervisor. • Maintain daily call logs, NDR closure reports, and productivity MIS. • Work closely with hub operations to reduce RTO percentage. • Should know basic excel formulas Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English (regional language is a plus). • Basic knowledge of courier/logistics processes. • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and data entry. • Ability to handle customer objections calmly. • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, word).
