Job Summary
The Supply Chain Management Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process. This role ensures the efficient procurement of materials, inventory management, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency and high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of materials.
Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues.
Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and logistics records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare reports on inventory, procurement, logistics performance, and key supply chain metrics.
Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.
Support demand forecasting and production planning activities.
Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control, procurement, and logistics processes.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
