Manage all aspects of logistics for marble products—covering loading, transportation, documentation, and export coordination while ensuring timely and safe delivery aligned with global shipping standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production-to-shipment processes, including fumigation, labeling, and container prep.

• Track and oversee truck and container movements to ensure timely factory intake and shipping.

• Conduct container inspections and supervise safe stuffing and storage of marble products.

• Prepare and manage export documentation (e.g., shipping instructions, BLs, CO, fumigation certificates).

• Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies for smooth international shipments.

• Record and archive all relevant shipment documentation and certification.

• Contribute suggestions for optimizing shipping/loading procedures and reducing lead times.

• Generate periodic reports (daily operations, shipment volumes, cost metrics).
