Sales Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
Define and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, revenue targets .
Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline: cold-calling, networking, attending industry events, trade shows .
2. Client Acquisition & Account Growth
Identify, qualify and close new business in freight forwarding (air, sea, road, rail), including FCL/LCL .
Expand relationships with existing customers, upsell value-added services like 3PL, warehousing, distribution .
3. Contract Negotiation & Pricing
Lead negotiations with clients, carriers, and vendors to finalize contracts with favorable margins .
