Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange trucks for dispatch and coordinate with transporters and drivers.
Maintain regular communication with truck drivers regarding loading, route, and delivery status.
Build and maintain strong relationships with truck owners and transport vendors.
Update shipment and dispatch details in ERP software.
Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain records of dispatch, freight, and logistics activities.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computer operations and ERP software.
Experience in arranging trucks and handling transport coordination.
Good communication skills with drivers and transporters.
Ability to maintain strong relationships with transport vendors.
Basic understanding of logistics and dispatch operations.
