Job Description

Arrange suitable vehicles for dispatch of gensets as per their dimensions (height and width).
Track and record dispatch details — bill numbers, e-way bills, destinations, and transporter information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with drivers to ensure movement updates and on-time delivery.
Arrange labor for loading/unloading gensets, alternators, engines, and other materials.
Coordinate hydra/crane arrangements at delivery locations before arrival to prevent e-way bill expiry.
Maintain and update genset movement registers and transporter records.
Follow up for transporter bill clearance and develop new transporter connections.
Submit daily EOD reports on vehicles in transit (incoming & outbound).
Coordinate all loading and unloading of containers.
Track company vehicles and assign tasks to company drivers.
Arrange necessary documentation from Accounts before loading.
Follow up with the plant for planned dispatches.
Report any failures, obstacles, or hindrances to the Head of Operations.
