Job Description

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing the entire logistics and distribution process of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining proper stock flow, and optimizing supply chain operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and a good understanding of pharmaceutical logistics compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure on-time delivery of pharmaceutical products to distributors, stockists, and clients.

• Supervise warehouse operations, transport arrangements, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and logistics documentation.

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to pharmaceutical logistics.

• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Lead and manage a team of logistics and warehouse staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field .

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.

• Ability to handle pressure and ensure timely execution of deliveries.

• Must be energetic, disciplined, and capable of managing field logistics.
