• Provide guidance, monitor performance, and manage all team members to ensure the

seamless execution of daily operations.

• Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for medical products.

• Ensuring the timely procurement of materials properly to fulfill clients' requirements.

• Overseeing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of medical supplies without

overstocking or wastage.
