Logistics Manager

We are expanding and looking for a highly dynamic, proactive, and field-ready Logistics Manager to lead our driver fleet and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Delhi–NCR.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Driver & Fleet Management

• Supervise, schedule, and support a team of drivers.

• Monitor driver performance through KPIs and maintain discipline & compliance.

• Set realistic yet challenging performance targets and ensure timely achievement.

• Provide real-time guidance to drivers during trips.

Ground Operations & Navigation Support

• Act as an escalation point when drivers face route, traffic, or navigation issues.

• Guide drivers through alternative routes across Delhi–NCR (must know the region well).

• Assist drivers in locating appropriate EV charging stations when battery levels are low.

Crisis & Incident Handling

• Respond swiftly to emergencies such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or route blockages.

• Coordinate towing, repairs, replacement vehicles, or on-site support as required.

• Maintain detailed issue logs and implement preventive measures.

Liaison & Compliance

• Interact with authorities such as Traffic Police, RTO, and local agencies.

• Ensure vehicles comply with regulatory requirements and documentation.

• Support timely clearances, permits, challans, and other compliance-related tasks.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile

• experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management.

• Strong working knowledge of routes, traffic patterns, and localities across Delhi–NCR.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to stay calm and effective in crisis situations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Problem-solver with the ability to think on their feet.

• Comfortable coordinating with external authorities.

• Preferably experienced with EV fleets (not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
