Electronic Spare Parts Manager (AC, Washing Machine, TV)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Electronic Spare Parts Manager to handle the management, tracking, and distribution of spare parts for appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, and televisions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory control, timely availability of parts, and efficient coordination with service teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records of electronic spare parts (AC, washing machine, TV, etc.)
Track incoming and outgoing spare parts using inventory management systems
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement of parts
Manage spare parts storage and ensure proper labeling and organization
Support service and repair teams by providing required parts on time
Generate reports on stock usage, demand, and inventory status
Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and take corrective actions
Ensure proper documentation of all transactions (receipts, dispatch, returns)
