WE ARE HIRING – BRANCH MANAGER 🚨

Company: AM Transport & Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete branch operations efficiently.

Supervise warehouse, pickup, delivery, dispatch, and night operations.

Lead and motivate labour teams, pickup staff, delivery executives, and supervisors.

Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of all shipments.

Handle manpower shortages and arrange alternate resources whenever required.

Maintain smooth branch operations during emergencies and peak workloads.

Monitor inventory, loading/unloading, and shipment accuracy to avoid shortages or damages.

Ensure proper discipline, productivity, and team coordination.

Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with Head Office.

Resolve customer and operational issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to manage day and night operations.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Good communication and computer skills (Excel, Email, MIS).

Must be capable of handling branch operations independently.
