Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Executive with a strong background in logistics operations, accounting, and documentation. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally ERP, E-Way Bill generation, and should have at least 2 years of experience in the electronics or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including dispatches, shipments, and warehouse coordination.

• Prepare and generate E-Way Bills accurately and in a timely manner for all shipments.

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth delivery operations.

• Handle basic accounting tasks in Tally ERP including invoice entry, purchase/sales entries, and stock records.

• Maintain and reconcile stock and inventory reports regularly.

• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound logistics.

• Follow up with clients/suppliers for delivery schedules and resolve any issues.

• Support audit and compliance functions related to logistics and inventory.

• Work closely with the sales and accounts team to align logistics with customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, accounts, and e-way bill generation, preferably in the electronics industry.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

• Sound knowledge of E-Way Bill portal and GST-related documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in an SME or electronics trading/manufacturing company.

• Knowledge of basic import/export documentation (a plus).

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
