Job Title: Logistics Operations Executive (Air & Sea)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to

manage our end-to-end air and sea shipment operations. The ideal candidate should be

expert in Microsoft Excel and professional email communication.

This role is fast-paced and demands a proactive individual who can manage multiple

tasks simultaneously with extreme accuracy. Candidate will be the central point of

communication between our customers and international agents, responsible for the

entire shipment lifecycle, from quotation to final delivery.


Key Responsibilities

 Shipment Tracking & Data Management:

 Quotation (RFQ) Management:

 End-to-End Operations Handling:

 Client & Agent Communication:

 1+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, with

specific experience in Air & Sea shipments.

 Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data

management, and creating comparison sheets).

 Exceptional professional email communication skills. Must be able to write

clear, concise, and professional emails to clients and international partners.

 Strong understanding of logistics terminology and processes (RFQ, BL/AWB,

IGM, DO, Pre-alert, Consolidation).

 Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment where

delays are not an option.
