The Logistics professional is responsible for managing the transportation, warehousing, and delivery of goods. This role ensures that products are delivered to the right location on time and at the best cost. It involves coordination with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Arrange and track shipments (inbound and outbound)
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
Handle documentation related to shipping, customs, and transport
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters
Resolve issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or logistics errors
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
Good knowledge of logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, SAP)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of customs clearance and transportation laws
Proficient in MS Excel and report generation
Familiarity with ERP systems
Experience in e-commerce or FMCG logistics (if applicable)
Understanding of warehousing, inventory, and dispatch processes
