Logistics Freight Forwarder

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily logistics operations.

• Support vehicle scheduling, route planning, and dispatch activities.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, material dispatch, and deliveries.

• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.

• Monitor transport requirements and ensure timely allocation of vehicles.

• Track shipment status and provide updates to concerned departments.

• Follow up with transporters for timely service and issue resolution.

• Coordinate and book porters when required to ensure smooth handling and easy supply of shipments at Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai locations.

• Maintain MIS reports and daily/weekly logistics summaries.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Support in implementing cost‑effective logistics solutions
