Logistics Freight Forwarder

The Junior Executive – Logistics will support day-to-day operation and bullion movement operations, ensuring secure, timely, and compliant transportation of cash, ATM replenishment, and valuables across assigned routes. The role involves coordination with field teams, clients, and internal departments while strictly adhering to security protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate van routes, ATM replenishment schedules, and bullion movements

• Monitor daily operations of ATM / BGS / CIT activities

• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of consignments with proper documentation

• Coordinate with branch teams, vaults, drivers, and security guards for smooth execution

• Track vehicles and shipments through GPS / control room systems

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company SOPs, and security protocols

• Handle operational issues such as delays, route deviations, cash shortages/excess, or incidents

• Support ATM uptime by coordinating replenishment and first-level issue escalation

• Assist in vendor coordination, billing inputs, and MIS reporting

• Conduct basic verification of cash handling processes and documentation accuracy

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of cash logistics / CIT operations / ATM services / Bullion movements

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Ability to work in high-risk, process-driven environments

• Knowledge of route planning and fleet coordination

• Proficiency in MS Excel / reporting tools

• High level of integrity, alertness, and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass   

• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, cash handling, security services, or operations

• Freshers with strong coordination skills can be considered

Key Compliance & Security Expectations:

• Strict adherence to cash handling and movement protocols

• Ensure zero tolerance for discrepancies and security violations

• Immediate reporting of incidents, theft attempts, or operational deviations

• Maintain confidentiality of client and cash movement data

Typical Daily Tasks:

• Route planning and deployment of cash vans

• Monitoring ATM replenishment activities

• Coordinating with field staff and the control room

• Preparing daily MIS and operational reports

• Resolving field-level issues and escalations

Operations Manager / Branch Manager
