🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Executive / Logistics Coordinator who can independently manage post-shipment operations, ensure smooth transportation flow, and maintain effective coordination with internal teams, transporters, and customers. The role requires hands-on experience in logistics execution and issue resolution.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end post-shipment activities from dispatch to final delivery

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and POD closure

• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics vendors on a daily basis

• Manage vehicle movement, route planning, and delivery schedules

• Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, shortages, or escalations

• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth operations

• Maintain logistics records, freight bills, and shipment MIS

• Communicate shipment status clearly with customers and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with company logistics processes and timelines
  🔹 Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics / transport coordination

  • FMCG / food manufacturing logistics experience preferred

  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of Excel / ERP systems

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
