• Thorough understanding of INCOTERMS 2020 — at minimum: FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, DAP, CFR

• Knowledge of Bill of Lading types: Shipped BL, Clean BL, Switch BL, Seawaybill, House BL vs Master BL

• Familiarity with customs documentation: Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, IGM, EGM, LEO, Out of Charge

• Understanding of LCL consolidation, FCL booking process, and air cargo (AWB, MAWB/HAWB)

• Basic knowledge of HS Code classification, customs duty structures, and GST on imports

• Familiarity with ICD Tughlakabad, Delhi Air Cargo Complex, or any major port/ICD operations
