Job Title: Logistics Executive
Job Purpose
To support logistics operations by coordinating transportation, customs documentation, and administrative activities to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods and personnel in compliance with company and QHSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with customs, port, and statutory documentation and liaison.
Arrange transport, equipment movement, and vehicle transit documents.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers and process PRs, POs, and invoices.
Maintain logistics records and support reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety and HSE requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
3–8 years of logistics or related experience.
Proficient in MS Office with good coordination and communication skills.
