📢 Urgent Hiring | Logistics Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Associate to join our operations team.

📍 Location: Mumbai (Chembur)

💼 Position: Logistics Associate

🕒 Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Pack and dispatch patient reports, samples, paraffin blocks, and slides accurately.

✅ Generate Airway Bill (AWB) numbers for reverse pickups.

✅ Maintain records of dispatched reports, samples, imaging films, CDs, and related documents.

✅ Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.

✅ Handle dispatch-related queries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

✅ Maintain inventory of dispatch materials and report stock shortages.

✅ Organize and file logistics documents systematically.

✅ Support additional logistics tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

✔️ Graduate in any discipline.

✔️ 1–2 years of experience in logistics, courier coordination, or healthcare operations preferred.

✔️ Good communication and coordination skills.

✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record management.

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
