We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our toys e-commerce team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and track orders, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries

2. Coordinate with courier partners (e.g., WeFast, Delhivery) to facilitate smooth logistics operations

3. Maintain order sheets and track inventory levels

4. Resolve logistics-related issues and improve delivery processes

5. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and time management skills

2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

4. Basic knowledge of logistics and courier operations

5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
