Job Description

Responsibilities -

Coordinate daily logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and tracking of shipments.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and warehouses for smooth operations.
Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damages, or incorrect deliveries.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Purchase) for dispatch planning.
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate transporter performance.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Zoho or similar).
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
