Loader/Unloader

Loader Duties:

• Safely load materials/products onto trucks, containers, or shelves.

• Ensure items are correctly packed and secured to prevent damage during transportation.

• Follow loading schedules and instructions as per delivery routes or warehouse protocols.

• Verify that all loaded items match the delivery or shipment documentation.

Unloader Duties:

• Unload incoming shipments carefully and efficiently.

• Inspect packages and goods for damage or discrepancies.

• Sort, label, and move goods to appropriate storage areas.

• Report damaged or missing items to supervisors immediately.

• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the loading/unloading area.

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

• Cooperate with warehouse team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.

• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
