Hub Executive/ LM Supervisors 

• Plan Manpower as per the tonnage.

• Cross verification of stock received from FC should be done.

• Monitoring loading patterns and ensuring minimal damages.

• Looking after morning dispatch.

• Tracking DH(Delivery Hero) performance and publishing hourly reports.

• Post completion of all the trips goods verification should be done for both Customer returns and reattempt stocks.

• Publishing hub closing report.

RCA need to be shared for all the issues
