We are looking for a Store Executive – Last Mile Operations to manage day-to-day store activities related to order processing, inventory handling, and last-mile delivery coordination. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure timely dispatch and smooth rider operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily last-mile store operations.

Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.

Coordinate with delivery riders for daily lineup and order allocation.

Track rider attendance, productivity, and performance.

Maintain inventory accuracy and stock movement records.

Handle operational issues such as delays, shortages, and damages.

Prepare and share daily MIS and operational reports.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.

Job Summary:

The Store Executive – Last Mile is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations related to last-mile delivery. The role focuses on inventory control, order processing, rider coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders while maintaining compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations for last-mile delivery.

Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.

Coordinate with delivery riders/partners for smooth order allocation and delivery execution.

Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and daily lineup.

Maintain accurate inventory records; handle inward/outward stock movement.

Conduct daily stock counts and support periodic audits.

Ensure store hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Resolve order issues such as delays, shortages, damages, or cancellations.

Coordinate with central operations, warehouse, and customer support teams.

Prepare and share daily MIS reports (orders, dispatch, inventory, rider performance).

Support onboarding and basic training of new riders/store staff.
