Key Responsibilities          

Lead and supervise a team of delivery executives and drivers

Plan daily dispatch operations and allocate delivery routes efficiently

Monitor real-time delivery performance and resolve on-ground issues Ensure high on-time delivery and first-attempt success rates Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity Coordinate with warehouse and sorting hubs for smooth order flow Handle escalations related to delayed, failed, or disputed deliveries Track and analyze key metrics to improve operational efficiency Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Manage attendance, shift planning, and workforce utilization
